Depuis plus de quinze ans, il s\u2019implique b\u00e9n\u00e9volement aupr\u00e8s de multiples causes et organismes et fait de nombreux dons, en plus d\u2019en solliciter aupr\u00e8s de son r\u00e9seau. Il a notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 membre des conseils d\u2019administration de plusieurs organisations, et fait partie du conseil des gouverneurs de HEC\u00a0Montr\u00e9al. En\u00a02015, il recevait d\u2019ailleurs le prix du Conseiller le plus engag\u00e9 dans sa communaut\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9 par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finance-investissement.com\/dossiers_\/top-25\/richard-lupien-conseiller-le-plus-engage-dans-sa-communaute\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Finance et Investissement<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 sa retraite, M.\u00a0Lupien a souhait\u00e9 structurer sa philanthropie de fa\u00e7on p\u00e9renne en constituant le Fonds Fondation Famille Lupien \u00e0 la\u00a0FGM et en impliquant ses enfants, Charles, Alexandre, Louis et Julie. Plac\u00e9 en gestion externe aupr\u00e8s de la Financi\u00e8re Banque Nationale, le Fonds soutient trois secteurs chers \u00e0 M.\u00a0Lupien depuis longtemps\u00a0: La culture, essentiellement la musique\u202f; l\u2019\u00e9ducation, principalement postsecondaire\u202f; et la sant\u00e9 mentale. Le logo de la fondation familiale, cr\u00e9\u00e9 par son fils Louis, refl\u00e8te bien les diff\u00e9rentes dimensions du fonds\u00a0: Quatre piliers pour les quatre enfants, et trois b\u00e2tonnets pour les trois secteurs soutenus.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2019, le Fonds Fondation Famille Lupien \u00e0 la FGM a soutenu plusieurs organismes du Grand Montr\u00e9al. En 2023, M.
