Through the <a href=\"https:\/\/fgmtl.org\/en\/contribute\/#create\">creation<\/a> of those two funds at the Foundation of Greater Montr\u00e9al, NAQ pursues many goals at once: to make long-term investments in order to secure its capital, but also to create a source of income allowing it to manage the land it owns for conservation, in perpetuity,\u00a0 in accordance with the best practices.<\/p>\n<p>As NAQ reminds us: \u00ab\u00a0The biodiversity crisis demands long-term financial investments that are commensurate with its magnitude.
